Turn off the heat and pour the contents of the package (160gr / 5.6oz).

Dehydrated: Couscous (90%) (pre-cooked durum wheat semolina), tomato, sunflower seeds, garlic, red pepper, onion, cumin, mint, piri-piri, and coriander.

May contain traces of sesame, mustard, hazelnuts, and celery.
